Q&A:

1. Why does the baby swing barely move?/ The baby swing stopped after one minute every time.

 

• THE SWING HAS TO BE IN THE UNLOCK POSITION FOR IT TO MOVE. (Pull the motion lock UP to unlock the seat frame/Push the motion lock down to lock the seat frame and stop movement)
• Please check to ensure that the latch in the back is securely locked down.
• Please check that the base and frame are all the way pushed together.
• Ensure that the AC adapter and port are fully connected.

 

2. All speed levels seem the same/Baby swing slowing down?

 

• After switching speeds, please allow 20-30 seconds for the swing to reach the full range of motion at that level.

• Unplug the plug then plug it back in to basically reset the swing. Or pull out of the latch and reinstall it.
